Damaged or Incorrect Orders: We strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. If you receive a damaged item or if there has been a mistake in the order we delivered (wrong item delivered), we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost to you. Here’s how it works:

1. Reporting Issues: Please report the damaged or incorrect item within 2 days of receiving your parcel by contacting us via call or WhatsApp.
2. Free Exchange: We will arrange for our rider to deliver the correct or replacement item to your doorstep and collect the original parcel at the same time, ensuring minimal inconvenience to you.
3. No Shipping Costs: There are no shipping charges for the return and exchange of damaged or incorrectly delivered items.

Customer-Initiated Returns and Refunds: If you wish to return your purchase for reasons other than damage or store error, please note the following:

1. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to our address at their own expense.
2. Condition of Returned Goods: The returned item must be in new, unused, and original condition.
3. Refund Process: Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund to your bank account if the item meets our return conditions.

Non-Returnable Items: Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges if the item delivered correctly matches your order. For example, if you order a medium-sized t-shirt and receive a medium-sized t-shirt, it cannot be exchanged for a different size.
